La Galaxy or Los Angeles Galaxy are one of the leading professional football (soccer) teams in the MLS (Major League Soccer) and have developed a name for themselves as the team of the stars.
Based in the Los Angeles suburb of Carson in California, the LA Galaxy ply their trade in the Western Conference of the MLS.
