Matches are played in front of huge crowds (regular season games attracting upwards of 50,000 attendances) in equally hg and impressive stadium but it is the end of season play offs when the NRL really comes to life and it is the end of season play offs that see’s the best teams and the best players, meet head to head in knock out rugby which culminates with the Grand Final- a true show piece of Rugby League and one of the world’s greatest sporting events.
Played out in front of 85,000 fans ANZ Stadium (also known as Stadium Australia and the Olympic stadium from the Sydney Olympics) in Sydney the NRL Grand Final is a must watch event for any sport fan- even if you’re not a Rugby League fan the event is a spectacle in itself.
How To Watch
Unfortunately due to Rugby League been undervalued in the UK and with the Grand Final only been shown on subscription TV, you either have to pay to watch the NRL Grand Final or struggle to find somewhere to watch it.
